Tonight I went to Design Assembly down at Ironbank on K Road. They run the occasional evening where creatives come to talk about their worlds. On this occasion there was one particular speaker that inspired me. This was Hayley King, aka Flox, who is an incredible New Zealand artist known for canvas, stencils and spray paint. Sometimes it’s ok to design in Microsoft Word

Small businesses (particularly in the tourism industry) often have to be cautious not to take leaps and bounds to improve their marketing – because if they did they would risk cutting off their nose to spite their face.
